Calcium Ascorbate (CAS 5743-27-1) is the calcium salt of L-ascorbic acid, a non-acidic vitamin C nutrient raw material. It appears as white crystalline powder. Character

Calcium Ascorbate is a white crystalline powder. It has mild acidity compared with free L-ascorbic acid. It shows good stability during storage and processing, and is easy to blend into solid nutritional formulations. It is soluble in water and compatible with most common nutritional raw materials.
