Amino acids
Amino acids are used by the body to build proteins, muscle, and tissues, and they are essential for a wide range of functions including repairing damage, making hormones, boosting the immune system, providing energy, and producing brain chemicals. They are fundamental for growth and repair, hormone and neurotransmitter synthesis, and cellular processes like metabolism and immunity.
Phosphate

A phosphate salt is a chemical compound containing the phosphate ion related anions. Phosphates are used in foods as emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilizers, and leavening agents. They also function as preservatives by retaining moisture, preventing fat oxidation, and controlling pH levels to extend shelf life and enhance texture, flavor, and appearance. Foods that commonly contain added phosphates include processed meats, dairy products like processed cheese, baked goods, and soft drinks.

Phosphate can be also used in fertilizers, cosmetics, animal feed and electronics.

Acidulants
Acidulants are chemical compounds added to food and beverages to provide a tart, sour, or acidic flavor and to act as preservatives. They work by lowering the pH of a product, which can also help with other functions like adjusting flavor, acting as a leavening agent, and maintaining color and texture. Common examples include citric acid, malic acid, and acetic acid, fumaric acid often used in everything from candies and drinks to baked goods.
Preservatives
Preservatives are food additives that play an important role in making foods last longer or taste better. Specifically, preservatives help to control and prevent the deterioration of food, providing protection against spoilage from micro-organisms (e.g., bacteria, yeast, moulds), life-threatening botulism and other organisms that can cause food poisoning (antimicrobial function). These products including citric acid and citrate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, benzoic acid and benzoate, , propionic acid and proprionate, ascorbic acid and ascorbate, etc.
Sweeteners
Sweeteners are used in foods to reduce sugar content and calories, when you enjoying the delicious foods and are not worried about adding weight. It is common in "sugar-free" or "diet" products like soft drinks, desserts, and chewing gum. Beyond sweetness, they can also function as preservatives, enhance flavor, aid in fermentation, and add bulk to products like ice cream.
Flavourings
A flavoring (or flavouring), also known as flavor (or flavour) or flavorant, is a food additive that is used to improve the taste or smell of food. A flavoring is defined as a substance that gives another substance taste, altering the characteristics of the solute, causing it to become sweet, sour, tangy, etc.
Thickeners
A thickening agent or thickener is a substance which can increase the viscosity of a liquid without substantially changing its other properties. These agents include polysaccharides like starches and gums, or proteins like gelatin. Some thickening agents may also act on the inherent proteins in food. They are commonly used in soups, sauces, gravies and puddings.
Leavening agent
A leavening agent is a substance used in baking to cause doughs and batters to rise, creating a porous and lighter texture. These agents release gases like carbon dioxide, air, or steam, which expand and form bubbles. Common types include biological agents such as yeast, and chemical agents like baking soda and baking powder.
Mineral
Minerals are crucial for human health to maintain proper bodily functions like bone strength, nerve function, and metabolism.
Herbs extract
Herb extracts offer numerous benefits, including improved absorption of nutrients, enhanced antioxidant protection, and support for conditions like inflammation, immune function, and digestive health. They can also provide therapeutic properties, have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, and offer alternatives to synthetic compounds in both medicine and cosmetics.
Vitamines
Vitamins are essential for various bodily functions, including energy production, immune system support, and maintaining healthy vision, bones, skin, and nerves
Nutrition
Nutrition is used to provide the body with the energy and nutrients it needs to function, grow, and repair itself, supporting everything from cell and tissue maintenance to immune function and disease prevention. It is crucial for overall health and development.
